Purchased this GMC terrain at this location new, 2023. It has a little over 20k miles. In for oil service. Clerk informs me that vehicle needs alignment and that the front tires have excessive wear on the inside. My wife drives this and is a very careful driver but things can/could happen. When I asked about the alignment and noted the low miles clerk just shrugs, gives yes/no answers. What I needed to know was is this a common problem? Is this a simple alignment or are there worn or damaged parts? When get the new tires (ordered btw) should I bring it back for inspection and alignment or take it somewhere else? Is any of this covered under warranty (we purchased above factory)? Instead he recommended a new air filter and new cab filter. Not as helpful as I might have expected or hoped.
